A Fungee subscription brings you the convenience of regular deliveries, better prices, and a range of exclusive benefits. We will automatically send you a new package every 30 days, so you don't have to worry about reordering. Plus, as a subscriber, you'll receive free gifts—such as a mug, shaker, or measuring cup—and access to special offers.
You can change or cancel your subscription at any time. A one-time purchase is a good option if you want to try Fungee first. You pay a one-time fee with no obligation. Free shipping remains an advantage.
How does a Fungee subscription work?
As part of your Fungee subscription, you can choose to receive 1, 2 or 3 packs per month - depending on your needs and preferences. The number of packs you choose when you first order is then automatically renewed and shipped to you each month until you decide to modify or cancel your subscription.
Subscriptions also give you a better price and exclusive gifts (such as a mug, measuring cup or blender) that are not included in a one-time purchase.
Can I pick up Fungee in person?
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer the option of personal collection. If you purchase Fungee, you will receive your packages by GLS courier.
Where is my order? How long will it take to be delivered?
We usually deliver vitapacks within the Czech Republic within 1-2 business days of order confirmation. However, we recommend that you check the e-shop and/or your email, where a different delivery time may be indicated in exceptional cases.
Is Fungee suitable for children?
Mushroom coffee is not suitable for children, mainly due to its caffeine content and adaptogenic mushrooms such as reishi, chaga, cordyceps, and lion's mane. Caffeine can cause irritability, sleep disturbances, or increased heart activity in children.
Can Fungee be returned?
Yes, customers can return goods within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason.
Returns are only possible if:
- the goods are unopened and unused
- they are in their original packaging
After the returned goods have been delivered back to our address, we will refund the amount within 30 days at the latest – using the same payment method that was used to pay for the order. There are no additional fees for returns.

Can I use your products together with prescription medications?
Taking dietary supplements alongside prescription medications can be safe, but it depends on your specific health situation. Since we do not know your health condition or the medications you are taking, we cannot assess the suitability of our products in your case.

Why didn't I receive gifts with my order?
